Amrita Sher-Gil?

Mayo School of Arts

उनकी paintings National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi में हैं।

Partition:

“Between the Spider and the Lamp” — 1956:

Partition:

“The Lonely Bull” और self-exile:

Partition

Partition:

एक falling figure, dark colors, a sense of doom।

Visual Art

Visual Art
Visual Art

Manto

“Toba Tek Singh” — एक visual metaphor:

Confusion, chaos, boundaries जो make no sense — यही Manto का और यही उस दौर के visual artists का theme था।

“Khol Do” — horror जो canvas पर उतरा:

Partition:

Contemporary Partition Art:

Contemporary Partition Art
Contemporary Partition Art

Partition:

उनका काम “In Search of Vanished Blood” — यह Manto की कहानियों पर based है।

Archive:

उन्होंने family archives को, old photographs को art में transform किया।

उनका installation work यह show करता है कि Partition की memory कैसे generations में pass होती है।

Violence:

Rummana Hussain:

Partition:

Partition:

Sadequain:

Allah Bux:

Chughtai:

Zubeida Agha:

Zubeida Agha — Pakistan की first abstract artist।

Ismail Gulgee:

FAQs

Nalini Malani video installations के through, Vivan Sundaram archives के through, और कई young artists digital medium के through Partition को explore कर रहे हैं।

National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA) — New Delhi, Mumbai
